Who is affected?
It is a well-known fact that racism nowadays is still a big problem for the United States.
African Americans make up 12.4 percent of the country's total population and inhabit both the South and the North of the country.
According to official statistics and social surveys the most racist states are situated mostly in the South, which is not a surprise, as it is a historical capital of slavery and, as a result – racism.
But how exactly does racial discrimination manifest itself in America?
Nowadays it can be found practically in all social spheres of American life:
· Social life (restaurants, cafes, public places like schools, hospitals or supermarkets
· Sports
· Religion
· Politics
and can be found many more where else
One of the main aims of this blog is to describe every type of discrimination to help people realize how dangerous racism is.
